You can export unlimited menus in the formats included in your active subscription. Storage is separate: Lite and Edge allow up to 20 saved templates in your account; Full allows up to 50. When storage is full, you can keep editing and exporting, or delete a template to save another. Files you have already downloaded remain yours.
Yes. UxBIa generates the menu, header and filters as native Power BI objects (buttons, shapes, text and images). No custom visuals: they become part of your report as if you had built them by hand.
No. You only upload your report's visual definition folder: page names, layout and bookmarks. Your data model and sensitive data never leave your computer.
